Blood Campaign UI Improvement Suggestion

Hi,

Having just moved to the last last campaign I assume, The Knight's story, I'd like to make one suggestion.

1. Would it be all that diffucult for you to add a number indicating how points it would require for healing over the red heart currently present on units with damage on the army camp wheel? That would reduce the needeed clicking a lot to find out how many points each units requires to be healed.

Well to be frank in addition to points required for healing a number showing "men / men at full strength" would be most usefull....

or at least

2. Would it be possible to change red heart to darker heart if there is no enough points available to heal the said unit anymore?

I thought we already showed the cost to heal over the heal all button? And I thought htey auto disabled when you could not afford them?

Yes and yes. But neither was my point. I'm talking about the hearts on the unit icons that are on the wheel.

Currently to see how many point each unit costs to heal you must select them from the wheel, hover the mouse over the heal button on the left, select another unit, hover back to left, select yet another unit, hover to left again and so on. Very cumbersome compared to if there was the cost number on the big red hearts that are visible over the unit icons on the wheel.

Individual cost is good when you want to determine what units you could still heal after you'd buy a say weapon update for a one unit. You'd just go to the main level on the wheel and see the individual cost at a quick glance.

It's the same for my number two suggestion. Have the hearts on the wheel go dark, too. You would see what units you can't heal anymore with a quick glance at the main level instead of selecting them individually. Even if you use arrows to click through the units and see for which units the icon on the left goes dark it's slower and more cumbersome than what we would get with the suggestion.

OK I think I see. We're not making any changes right now on GBM so we'll probably wait till after teh retail release and see what feedback there is and incoporate a variety of changes.

Well, I could make a photoshoped image to show what I mean if neccessary. Yes, I did realise you probably would not want to make changes at this stage (you mentioned you're not going to make changes to UI some months back), but I wanted to bring up the suggestion. Just in case you're looking for feedback and making notes for the future.

Sincerely,

A
