Slitherine

Currently the Elymaian ally cataphracts are grouped with the ally horse archers. This means that the cataphract limit of 2-3 cataphracts is compeltely overriding the limit of 3-9 horse archers. This currently makes it impossible to take the required minimums of the two troop types simultaneously. "It does not compute!"
