Evade moves

Why is it that when a unit pursues and charges a skirmisher unit it doesn't evade?
This is proving to be a real pain in the neck.

Ha ha Mr Pretty Boy Ruddock, you will find that girly LH are much easier to catch in FOGPC than in FOGTT.
Oops, I think I must have been possessed by the spirit of the Mad Axeman. (Someone should tell him to come and play FOG PC - but then he would just whine about Bosporans).
I guess it is a "feature", but you will find that tactics just need to be adjusted to compensate.

I am well aware of the tactics Mr Bodley Scott and I don't have a problem with that, but that is particularly irritating as it is practically impossible to determine:
a) where a unit runs
b) if the other unit pursues
c) how many levels you will drop
Hence my chagrin at being unable to predict these things.
Light Horse are always badly done to in these bloody rules

Girly light horse? Considering how unarmored they are - light horse are the epitome of manliness. Real men don't wear armor.
I will admit though that I've found myself being caught more with my light horse in uncomfortable situations in the PC version compared to the table top rules... Not that I mind too much anyway - one or two breaks from light horse usually won't kill me since with my Parthians I usually field an obscenely large number of them - but it is kind of interesting and a bit hard to get used to when making the transition.

Don't start me on cavalry, LH and attacking skirmishers!
