cannot extract the 1.1.2 patch

I have been trying to download the new 1.1.2 patch. But when I press Run I get a small box with the title 'irsetup' with the message 'failed to extract'.
It is only small at 6Mb and most users seem to be able to download with no issue. I would take a short break and try again. Possibly try using a download manager application.
