In many of the lists for the TT rules there are special list specific restrictions. Troop types for which this applies are generally asterisked in the TT lists. As an example, there are minimums for foot in the Bosporan list where the minimums only apply if any City Militia are purchased. Is this type of functionality supported by the DAG in general? If so, is the omission for the Bosporan list intentional or unintentional? (Aspiring to run a Bosporan army without any of those pesky MF city militia .)

You have a choice of early, mid and late Bosphoran army lists in the DAG

For the early period at least, you're forced to take the militia unlike the TT army list.

They're required in all three periods of the Bosporan list.
