I received a call the other day from my bank asking if I had made a certain transaction to Digital River for around 134 dollars. I didn't recognise the name at first, and I definitely didn't recognise the sum, so I told the bank to send me a claims form with the information. I'll be getting that form when I drive up north today, but who should I e-mail about this? The only recent digital river purchase I know of was my RoR pre-order that was released the day of, or before, this charge came through, so is it possible i was just billed multiple times?
