Scythed chariots must keep moving forwards or they die. However if they die you lose no break points. They are just a way to mess up the enemy a little.

In the TT rules if they don't destroy their opponents by the end of the turn they die themselves. Same here basically.

So there is no (or less) confused Heavy and Scythed chariots are covered seperately in the Help Index in the game. So it Scythed chariots that die easily but Heavy chariots (such as Indian ones) are like a mini-fortress on wheels. Keith

So no break points for eliminating chariots?

CHariots yes, scythed chariots no. They are a "suicide" weapon. Once used they were never recovered really and everyone expected that so there is no morale loss in game when the inevitable happens.

Historically, often the drivers bailed out before contact. They are pretty though and I for one would always use tthem in my Seleucid army or any other army that uses them.

They don't seem to do much though.

The don't seem to do much though for the point cost - especially since they don't hang around - I like the models but are they really worth it?
