Movement Questions

Can a unit which charged and failed to make contact still move in the movement phase?

May have missed the point to this post... after all it was posted of one of my group...
are we saying a declared charge cannot be measured? Contrary to game measuring precendent?

This only applies if the target evades
If you charge then the troops are moved to contact if the target does not evade (no variable charge move). If the target does evade, the charger makes a roll to see how far they move and still does a charge. Either way the charging unit is not eligible to move in the movement phase.
