Does leadership affect air units?

Does leadership affect air units too, or only ground units? Does it affect naval units at all? Thanks

Leaders definitely effect air units just as they do ground units. Someone else has posted that they impact naval units as well, but I cannot confirm that.

Leaders definitely affect naval units too. Basically, a leader will affect any unit within range as long as it's the same nationality.
