I do not really like the blue legions. The colour seems too bright. I've always imagined Roman legionaries as carrying green, red, or brown shields. So I modded the graphics files for some variation.

Here are some green legionaries marching with their red counterparts.



And here are the brown legionaries marching with their red counterparts.




Just overwrite the original game files with the colour of your choice.

the site megaupload is dead, there is mod again for all roman armies ?

then extract the file
then put the folder from the extracted file you downloaded into this directory C:\Matrix Games\Field of Glory\armies\unit-images and overwrite any files it asks you to.
If you do it right you should have green instead of blue mid republican romans.
