Hi - there's something I'm not sure about with the techs for armour (nor STR 2/TAC 1 for Air ) - does upgrading to level 2 Blitzkrieg/Armour level 2 actually *increase* fuel consumption (i.e. so each move would consume more oil), or *decrease* it? This isn't very clear, but it looks like to does (which I guess for armour would make sense, with heavier tanks). Thanks

It increases it.....theres also some air techs that increase oil consumption
