I am still dithering about the Northern Doubles this year. Having played with about 6 different partners over the last two years and with Michele less than 100% about playing this year I am unsure if it is worth it.

How's about changing the Northern Doubles to a singles competition. It might sound a bit more racy, Northern Singles, but it would certainly not be for the faint hearted.

I don't think LGBTNDL would sit well with the image of northerners

we could also change it to 25/28mm Northern Double League if you wish as well

There really isn't space at a lot of the venues to allow for singles play.

If it changed to the LBGTNDL do you think Lucy would show up?
