Ha. I've had some narrow margins of victory but i'd never won a battle despite losing it until now.



This happened while taking a city, i had fought 3 sea battles and one land battle with this army on my way to the city so was pretty banged up and ended up outnumbered by over a hundred troops when i attacked.

Wow, that's a close margin

In this screenshot it is shown one of my biggest criticism of Spartan

You send a Thorakitai-full army against levies and some poor peasants... The IA insisted too much on getting lots of big armies with low-level units, instead of less armies with more advance units. IA too impetous, maybe?
