Can I just say straight out, this game is great.

Ok, there are a couple of problems I have:
a) my pc is mid-death , how can I get this game back again (only bought it a few weeks ago)?
b) how can I tell my opponents that the pc is checking-out, and not leave them thinking "that so and so has just stopped playing, what a waste of space"...

Save the installer, then just install on your new PC. All MP games will be carried over automatically as they are linked to your account not your machine.

Ok, thanks (although I don't know what an 'installer' is, sadly I'm IT illiterate). PC seems to have recovered a bit today, although I fear this may be temporary. Is there another way I can download my game onto a new pc if this one proves to be irrecoverable?

Go to www.findmyorder.com and download it now and back it up to disk. An installer is the .exe file you run to get the game setup on your PC.
