CEaW - Grand Strategy Multiplayer problem

Hello to all,
first I'd like to thanks to you guys for creating Grand Strategy!

Unfortunately, yesterday we tried to play multiplayer via TCP IP - just one cable between two computers, no router, firewalls disabled.

Both games are the same version (12.0), Java is up-to-date, vanilla as well as expansion were freshly installed.

Unfortunately, I (playing Allies) was able to see just first attack from Germans, as well as declaration of war against Polland. Then my game froze, just the hourglass icon, even there was not possible to move the map, open the game menu and actually do anything. When opponent ended his first turn, nothing happened. We tried 3 times, everytime we got little further (1st attempt I saw nothing, 2nd time I at least saw declaration of war, 3rd first attack was shown), but the result was all the same - game froze.

Game without expansion went well, multiplayer worked.

Does anybody have any idea, how to make it work? Thanks, Chovatel

Ok - looks like we finally have the pattern: Key is the number of the units moved. After certain number of movements or attacks game on the allies computer (host) freezes and previous error message is shown.

Tested on four computers.
