Every turn I get a message in the beginning: Convoy Lend Lease Phase. What it is meaning? Do I need to do something about?

PS: where is "search" in this forum?

In the convoy lend lease phase the following happens:
* Convoys spawn every 4th turn.
- Northern convoy (goes to Britain before USSR enter the war and Murmansk after)
- Central convoy (goes to Britain)
- Southern convoy (goes to Britain)

* Convoys already on the map are moved towards their destination port (12 hexes per turn)

* Convoys arriving at their destination port add the current strength of the convoy to the UK PP pool (oe USSR for the northern convoy if Russia has entered the war)

* The size of the spawning convoys are random and a function of the owning country's war effort and the convoys max value sizes. If the random number is less than 12 then convoy won't spawn.

Thank you. I guees I don't see convoys during that phase because I play Axis and I have fog of war on...

Thanks, BTW where do the convoys spawn from? Are there 3 fixed starting hexes (one for each of Northern convoy, Central convoy, Southern convoy) or does the actual convoy start hex change? Also, do you mean every forth turn a single convoy is spawned and its random whether its Northern/Central/Southern?

Also, which UK ports can convoys go to and is the chosen port for a particular convoy random?

Primary is Glasgow, then Liverpool, Cardiff and Belfast. But the convoys will go to neither of these ports if London is Axis occupied. Then the convoys will go to Halifax in Canada.
