Just a thought about wheeling

One thing I have noticed in the PC game is that it is impossible for undrilled troops to change facing if they move. Ont he TT game undrilled troops can actually make a single wheel during a move, now that won't allow them to change facing like the drilled troops do but wouldn't it be nice if they were restricted to 1 hex side facing change after a move? it would help the poor undrilled guys end up facing in the proper direction. Even if not for foot undrilled cav should be more maneuverable than they are in the PC game.
Just a thought for the developers

We deal with it slightly differently as they can move in a cone ahead of their position. Adding a change of facing woudl make them too flexible and mean drilled and undrilled were too similar.

I'm pretty sure undrilled troops can move and change facing, they are just much more limited than their drilled counterparts, especially HF which have to move east or west to change facing by one hexside if they wish to move as well. MF can move two hexes north east with the third being east for example and also change their facing by one hexside, cav and LH seem more agile still with LH almost being able to do a 180 ending further ahead than they started.
Working a flank is definitely harder with undrilled troops but is possible to do and probably fairly historical...
