Alternative Figure Scales in Future Versions?

Can I make a plea please for the inclusion of an option in future versions of FoG to show alternative numbers of figures per base?
I know that opinions on figure scale are always very personal, but my only problem with the FoG system is that there seem to be too few figures on the battlefield to represent the masses of men involved in ancient battles. I suspect that this may be derived from the simple logistics of having to paint masses of figures for a tabletop system (I recall the days when 1 figure = 20 men, so that a single cohort would need 20 figures). With the move to an on-screen system, though, that constraint no longer applies.
I'm not suggesting that we go back to the 1:20 figure scale, but perhaps an option to double the number of figures per "base" would give a better overall visual effect?
Thanks
Mike
