Good evening.
First of all, I beg your pardon for my terrible English and my grammatical mistakes. I'll intend to write as clear as possible.
I´d be very gratefull if you gave me an official answer to the following questions:
1. Can I throw the dice at the begining of my turn without having a flank march?
2. A. Can I shoot with the same group at more than one group in the same turn? (I. e.: some units at one group and the others at the other)
2. B. Can I shoot with the same group at enemies in effective and maximun renges in the same turn?
3. A. How could I buy the FOG pc game?
3. B. Has the FOG pc game only an online mode or version?

Yes. Target priority is by base. So parts of a BG may have to shhot at one target and other parts at a different target.

A single BG cannot shoot the same target BG at both effective and maximum range but may shoot different targets at either effective or maximum range.

FOG PC can be played solo or online against other players, I prefer the online play as the AI is not that great a challenge for the most part. If you click the store link in grey at the top of the page you can go to the online store and purchase it there, it is a WINRAR download.

As Phil pointed out, each shooting base must shoot at the enemy base which has target priority. This could result in some bases shooting at short range and others shooting at long range. The targets could be from different enemy BGs. When some bases are shooting at long range, reduce shooting dice only for the bases shooting at long range.
For example BG "A" with eight MF LB, is shooting. BG "B" has bases within 4 MUs and has one file directly ahead of the leftmost file of "A". BG "C" is greater than 4 MUs, but less than 6 MUs and it's nearest file is directly ahead of the rightmost file of "A". The target priority will result in the 2 lefthand files of "A" shooting at "B" with three dice (2 front rank bases + 2 rear rank bases reduced by 1), and the two righthand files shooting at "C" with only two dice (4 bases rolling 1 per 2).

It can if some of its bases are at effective range and some at long range.

Which is where the confusion comes in, so stop resting on your laurels and answer some questions instead of letting us amatuers mess it up.

Only confusion if you don't read the rules properly.

I don't quite understand this myself, or the rules section from which it comes. My reading of the rules has me check range for each front rank base shooting from its position, not that of an adjacent base.

We've never had a problem with this one. If some bases of a BG are shooting at a target at short range, other bases of the BG that are shooting the target at long range can only shoot at bases up to one base width either side of straight ahaead.

If none of the shooting BG are in short range of the target, the angle of fire is up to two base widths to the side of straight ahead.
