I have just paid for Legion Arena via paypal and received no link for the download.

What is going on?

I'm not anybody official, just another gamer, but I have a suggestion.

Why don't you go to the PayPal site, and see if your payment has gone through yet? The most likely explanation I can think of is that maybe there's a payment hitch at the PayPal end of things.

And if there is not a problem at the PayPal end, going there will still let you get the transaction number, which Slitherine is sure to need if there's a holdup at their end

The first time I ever used PayPal, it took my bank 5 days to get PayPal the money. Once that happened, PayPal and the game vendor did their part in under 10 minutes.

These days, my PayPal account is tied to my MasterMoney card, which yanks the creds right out of my checking account, and PayPal transactions go through faster than a speeding electron

At any rate, be assured that Slitherine is completely honorable and reliable. I've used their DD service more than once, and they will take care of you!

I got all my receipts etc.

Just annoying as I wanted to play with this tonight and unwind after an awful week at work.

Hi Lucullus, sorry you are having problems. You should have been mailed a receipt with transaction inforamtion and a download link. Check it has not been blocked by your spam filter. If this does not solve the problem send a mail to info@slitherine.co.uk with as much information about your order as possible, fromt eh e-mail address you used to place the order and we'll track it down and find out what the problem is.
