Had to reformat my computer, upon doing so, I went to re-install Commander - Europe at War. It hangs us during installation at launcher.exe. My virus scan indicates that this file is a "trojan horse" and it halts the installation. Any suggestions?

Your virus checker is giving a false positive. You need to disable it and try again.
