I just bought and downloaded the game, a process which took 3 hours.

It shows it is fully installed, but it will not run.

I installed it in a Dell Inspiron 53OS PC with a Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 @ 2.66 GGh, 3 GB of RAM and Windows Vista Home Premium edition

The error message says: Fatal Application Exit, Unhandled Exception, Exp Code: 0xC0000005, Exp Flag: 0, Exp Address: 069FF8F50

I do not know what it means,

At what point do you see the error? What have you done prior to the error popping up.

If you go to Documents you should see a GBM directory - is there an error.log file in there? If so, please copy and paste the last 10 lines into this thread, it might help.

If you can also follow the directions on sticky at the top of the Tech Support forum that would also be very useful in giving more information about your system.

Second, have you tried updating your video and audio drivers to the latest versions? This is always a good first step.

Ok i will try to up date the audio and video drivers as you recommend

When I click the shortcut to run the game, shown me the video and sound introduction, then after a few screen blinks, stops at the start page but the computer keep working, after 30 minutes waiting i click escape Windows tell the program is not running and offer the options close it , look in the web for a solution or wait for the program respond, neither worked, after trying either one is when appear the error message.

I will look for the error.log file too
