position of the + or - symbols are not always aligned

eg

3 + Rome
+
4 - Britain
-

(note, auto formatting on this forum has changed position of the errant + or - , it's to the right and underneath the first + or -)

also have noticed the advantage description sometimes starts with a comma

eg

,uphill,rear

Can you tell us your display specification and ideally your default system font for Windows?

I've noticed this in 1.2 too.
Res is 1440x900
Font is unknown, should be standard cause never changed it.

resolution set to 1280x1024 (native).
Not sure of the default font but I don't think I have set it myself.
