Help. I just downloaded Commander - Europe at War; I really like the game (reminds me of Panzer General) ; BUT !!!!

I didn't get a manual. Oddly; when I downloaded the Grand Strategy Mod; IT COMES WITH A MANUAL.

Why is the user developed mod provided with a manual; but the base game is not. Is there a link to the original game manual somewhere?

I found it, thanks. Although still think it's odd it doesn't come with the download.

It should be in the start menu shortcutrs - it is part of the installer. The downloadable manual was for the old version of CEAW which did nto have one.
