what's the distinction between next and following in the rules about flank march arrival.

let say i dice successfully for the arrival at the beginning of turn n. Does the flank march (if not repulsed) arrives at manoeuvre phase n or n+1?

The Next Turn or Following Turn would be the same.

In your example, if you successfully dicein turn n, your flank march would arrive in n+1.
