How do these work?

Their description describes them as if they were only transports and portable obstacles.
But they count as 2 elements and are very expensive for a transport that makes you slower.
But then they may be cheap if carrying artillery for no extra cost.

Thanks for looking in the cracks! The thing is that we haven't put too much thought in to how all these special weapons will work yet, and are concentrating on teh standard troop types and interactions.

For now can you focus on these and we'll let you loose on the special stuff later
