Why are you trying to force me to buy two copies of the game? Do you want me to buy it or not? that really pisses me off because it's not like I can contact you. This is really piss poor customer service

Your post is not really clear or coherent explicating what is the problem you have.
The only thing I can guess is that you by accident hit the buy button twice in the online shop and you see now an order for two copies.
To alter the amount of copies in your shopping cart , use the little bin next the amount of copies to erase your order or manually change the 2 into a 1.
