Hi everyone

I have been playing FOG tournaments in the UK for the last year and am hoping to broaden my horizons next year with a trip to the IWF 2010 in Athens.

I'd like to go and spend a few days either side of the tournament seeing the sights and wondered if there is anyone from the North East of England going with a similar idea.

There are certainly people from the North West going if you want to go that way.

I know Phil Powell is going and I really want to go, but am still deciding... Since I have been before then I would not be doing a massive amount of sightseeing, but I would want to climb up to the acropolis to see how it is getting on - the view is superb.

I didn't get to see much last time. Mainly the inside of bars. And the Acropolis was shut on the monday 'cos they were on strike.

From what I remember she was a bit of a looker. At least I didn't try to get in on the action in someone elses bedroom.

She was indeed a bit of a looker. As in "look out, she's turned up at the venue".

And tried does not mean suceeded, for which we should all be thankful.
