Cheers Dave, sorry you can't make it.

Do you know who faces who in the first game?

Also what happens with an odd number of competitors?

Cheers

Rob

I think Colin the Steam usually fills in any that are short at NDL, as well as making bacon butties.

Another alternative that has been used in the NDL is to have one team split into two individuals.

Hi Hammy

Does that mean a spare army and list will be brought along?

Shall we all bring one?

If I bring 15 spare armies then we could have a 30 player singles comp ;)

Actually I think that Colin normally makes sure that something is sorted out. In the DBM days there used to be the worst organised Patrician Roman army ever to be used by the person evening up the numbers. Perhaps I should bring the Libyans

Hi Colin

Me and Kevin Johnson (not Adrian Steer) could possibly split as I have only played in 1 round.

Let me know if that is okay and I will check with him.

Hi,

I'm happy to play on my own if necessary but I'll bring an army myself as it could be a bit slow if I had to move all those Libyans on my own! Also, I'd be grateful if I didn't have to play Rob, in the first game at least!

Cheers,

Kevin

Sounds like a plan Kevin, I think you need to work out a list and send it to Dave if you can.

I will not bring the Libyans then ;)

Hi Kevin j,

It would help use out if you can bring 2 armies with you and thanks for the help as well, if you e-mail me the army list it would help as well.

Thanks once again to you for willing to split your team up to help use out at this round and hope the dice gods are with you tomorrow
See you all 09:00/09:30 start

Hi Colin

Hammy had already agreed to bring another army so would that suffice?

What is the reasoning behind Kevin having to bring 2?

Do we know who is playing who in the morning matches?

Cheers

Rob

If you wish to use the army Hammy’s is bring with him that is OK with me, as for 2 armies the one you are using and a spare one for Kevin to play.
As Kevin or if you are using Hammy's army then you only require one army.

As for who is playing who please look at the standing for the league on the web site it will be 1 vs. 2, 3 vs. 4 and so on in the first round also club members can play the same club members at this round.
Then the second round is on how well or bad your team did in the first round.

I was assuming that meant 2 armies including the 1 we were going to bring anyway.

Colin - I've sent you the list.

Cheers,

Kevin
