I put this in army design at first but feel I'll get a better response here. I see a number of manufacturers doing some Aztex's but little else can anyone suggest other suppliers or is it a case of use aztex's for most of the lists?

Khurusan miniatures do Chichimecs, and are planning Chinantecs.

Black Hat (was gladiator) do Tlaxcallan, Mixtec, Zapotec, Maya (all 13-15 century)

Incas are reasonably common, Essex do a range for example, and Inca ranges often have troops that could be used in other south American armies.

Not so sure about north american stuff but I have seen a variety of those armies on the table top.

There are a lot of french indian wars. Plain wars. Just have to deal with not buying the figures with fire arms.

Not the right time period, so you need to paint the pants on some figures as leathers I would guess.

I believe there are Tupi around somewhere.

All in all more than you expect.

Eureka has a whole range of Pacific Northwest Indians I think. I think they are from the 300 club line.
