You can create a camp by using the ditch terrain feature in a semi-circle near the edige of the board. If you want to make it fortified then perhaps you could put the camp area on a hill. Then put some Mob inside and rename them as "Camp Followers" etc. I think you can change the movement rate for the Mob to 0 so they can't leave the camp.

Is the "movement rate" among "properties" now called "immobile"?

For making the mob not to move should the"immobile" describes as "true"?
