Bought the game on 11/14 and downloaded it, but forgot to save the serial number (I thought I would get an email). Finally had time to install it and, of course, cannot because I do not know the serial number. I have the 1.0 download and the 1.0.1 patch, just need to know how to recover my serial number. I tried using findmyorder.com from reading another post, but they only found something I bought in January.

I have searched my spam folder, my trash folder and even tried to find the confirmation page from my web browser cache. Nothing found.

in future it would be a good idea to keep the installer and the serial number as you will need it from time to time. Send an e-mail to info@slitherine.co.uk with your order number and we'll track it down for you. If you can't find the order in findmyorder.com then this could be a problem as we use the same system so if it's not in the system the order did not get billed. Let's give it a try though.
