Hello,

I'm trying to buy a new game from Slitherine using the Promo-code I was given from pre-ordering Field of Glory. The code is for 25% off, and I can post it if necessary.

Anyway, I want to buy Field of Glory for a friend. So I put FOG in my shopping cart, and then I also put Chariots of War for myself, and then I entered the code in the promo-box and clicked apply. Nothing at all happened. I have tried in both Firefox and in IE.

I tried again, this time only placing FOG in the shopping cart. Nothing changes after I click apply.

I tried again, this time only placing Chariots of War (in case the Promo does not apply to FOG) in the shopping cart. Same result.

So, I don't know what to do now. I want to purchase this game (digital download, I will just send him the file + new serial number), but with the promo code.

I'm afraid the coupons work on everything except FoG

We did say in the mail but you may have missed it. Sorry for any confusion.

No worries; I just didn't read the e-mail carefully enough. It does indeed say that the promo code is valid with any other digital download game. I used the promo code for Chariots of War (I have Sparta and Troy already).
