Sorry you are having problems. When you complete the order you will be directed to a page with download links and serial number. If you did nto see this is sounds like the order did not complete. You will also receive an e-mail if the order went through but as Neil suggests you should check your spam filter.

I checked my spam filter and it's not there either. Nothing. But it sure as hell already shows in my bank account as being charged. WHERE"S MY FA#*&^$#ing GAME???
When you complete the order you will be directed to a page with download links and serial number.
That's bs because when I completed my order it said "Your order is processing and you will get an email as to where to download the game".

I also just used that link you gave me and it says: order number not found!! But, the MFers sure took my GD $29.99

Here's what it says in my bank account:

Pending Misc. Debit POS DEBIT DRI*SLITHERINE ORDERFIND.CO MN $29.99

Try to keep it polite please. And better to post these kind of problems in the tech support or online order support threads.

Digital downloads are handled by Digital River. Here is their support forum:

http://www.digitalriver.com/dr/v2/ec_ma ... 1&xid=8279

If you cannot figure it our with them, I`me sure Iain will find your order by hand and check with Digital River. He is working now during the weekend and he should be with his family.
These kind of things can happen and are always solved in the end, be a bit patient.

In the worst case if Digital River support does not help, send your order number to info@slitherine.co.uk.

I only try and help you out in my own free time, I`m not Slitherine or Digital River support. But I`m sure someone will get this sorted, but I do not like being spoken to like this. Good luck.

I know one thing get game or no this last time I buy from Slitherine or Digital River have had nothing but trouble from DR in past with Matrixgames games as well. DR is worst online distribution site of all.

Igor - can you please e-mail any information you can have aboutthe order so we can locate it. E.g. the e-mail address you used, the date you ordered etc. Mail all the info to info@slitherine.co.uk and we'll work it out as soon as possible.

We understand that this is frustrating for you, as it is for us when these things do not work, but we'll get it sorted out and we'd appreciate your patience in this matter.

Igor,

While frustration is understandable there is no need to such language, particularly in a public forum read by all age groups.

Lots of people have managed to order with no problems also as you have had these issues with Matrix Games and DR before could it not be the issue is at your end? Typical user issues with these sorts of issues are:-

1) Too aggressive Anti-spam settings so the order confirmations and other information from DR/Slitherine are being treated as spam and either put straight to a spam folder or even worse deleted before you even see them. This is the most likely cause if it is your own settings that are the issue.

2) Too aggressive PC security settings that do not allow session cookies. This is usually essential in 99% of all on-line payment systems. If you got as far as paying this is unlikely. These usually prevent getting to the payment page.

3) A mis-typed email address so you never get any reply. Just a bill. This is the second most common user cause.

This is not to say any of the above are the problem. Just that they should be taken into consideration.
I hope you this helpful. Keith

One other question Igor, how can you see a credit card statement as the game only released yesterday so nobody was charged until then?

Wow, Igor, you expect to be helped but you speak like that? At least try and find out if it was an innocent mix-up before you have a heart attack.
