Is there any errata listed anywhere. I am just starting out with the rules and would like to have it handy (if it exists) as I read.

Thanks.

Thanks.

A link on the fieldofglory.com webpage would be helpful for us newcomers.

Isn't that what is on there, further down the page?

Yes, unless one is looking for a link such as errata and is very tired. I did look, and am sorry that 'online resources' did not translate into errata in my head as it should have.

Next up - an explanation of 'Turning 90 Degrees' that makes sense to me. I apparently am getting so old that I cannot see clearly. The text seems to make sense, but when I compare that to the example on page 44, my head starts to roll off its shoulders. It appears to me that the figures on the left are turning to the right, backwards. Is there a slightly larger example that ore clearly shows what is supposed to happen?

As far as I can tell, the battle group on the left starts out facing the top of the page, then pivots to face the right of the page by pivoting in a retrograde manner about the corner. The battle group on the right just appears to have reformed without changing facing. I have been having trouble with my eyes lately, and that is probably to blame.

It's not always immediately clear which direction the example foot troops are facing in the book, have a another look when refreshed as it is deceptive; look at the figures rather than just glancing at the weapon/spear and assuming it points the way you think.

You do reform so that the point upon which the front left corner was becomes the new front right corner, and vice versa. Your new width must be at least as wide as you were deep... which can lead to interesting situations such as starting partially in disordering terrain, reforming so you are out of it and moving off with no ill effect.

Got it. The picture was definitely confusing as I was using the spears for direction (left picture) and they DEFINITELY (and still) look like they are facing to the right! Once assured that the facing is correct, it makes sense.

Thank you. All.
