after killing the enemy general, what do i do? is something supposed to happen?

Does the battle not end? I just checked the script again, there might be a problem if you kill the enemy general unit to the last man, rather then routing him. Is that what happened?

yes. i obliterated his unit entirely and then nothing happens.

I assume you can replay the scenario? It's a shortcoming in the script I'm afraid, you'll have to try and rout the enemy general rather than destroying him entirely. I'll work on a fix but hopefully it's not too hard to replay the scenario a few times at the fastest game speed until you manage to rout him.

actually the problem might be that i changed the settings script. i increased the morale for troops so they'd stay in the battle longer. i defaulted that value and the general routes now. thanks.

it still should've ended after killing the general though, technically it can happen even if you don't edit the standard settings.
