anyone have a recommendation for decent figures.
old glory do these figures but i need 12, not 10 or 20.
chariot do parthian cataphracts, but again, that's not exactly what i need (although it could be close enough...)

Essex sells individually IIRC.

Essex does sell individual castings.
Go to 'online catalogues' -> '25/28mm catalogue' (middle image) ->
'25mm ANCIENTS' -> 'EARLY IMPERIAL ROMAN' ->
'EXR34 at the bottom'.
I suggest varying the horses.

One of the worst designed websites out there, but easily surpassed by Museum for needless complexity and awkwardness of use. These things cost sales, which is a shame as the minis are spendid.

You could also use the A&A 3-4th Century Romans [Sarmatian] since Principate goes to mid 3rd Century.
