Download timing out (resolved)

I meant to post this in the tech support forum instead of the general forum.
I just purchased Great Battles Medieval and the download is timing out after 300k. I've tried multiple times with the same results.
Any help appreciated.
If I can't get this working I'll be requesting a refund.
thanks

I had Iain on the phone today and I know he chased Digital River all night what the hell is going on with the server download speeds.

Thanks for the reply. I may have a different issue, as the download actually times out after downloading ~300k worth of data. As opposed to a slow download speed.

Be sure this is something Iain will pick up as soon as he can, I guess he is eating with his family at this time, but this will be solved. Sorry for any inconvenience.
I know Slitherine has premium accounts with Digital River and those are not cheap. All I can advise from here is check DG support for now.

I appreciate the reply and realize it is a DR issue (I did send an email to their CS). But this problem still irritates me as I choose to purchase this product since it was a download so that I could start playing it shortly. I was deciding between this title and several PS3 titles due to release shortly. Hence, if this problem drags out I'd prefer to just pickup the PS3 title I originally was going to buy.
I've purchased games fro DR before without this problem, so I don't know what is going on. Given this is DR's primary business, it is inexcusable to be having these types of problems. Feel free to forward this email to the DR rep that you normally interface with.

Problem resolved.
Turns out DR changed things up. Before I would click on the "begin download" button and the game download would start immediately. Now the actual file I was initially downloading was the DR download manager (LOL), which was ~300k. So clicking on that file started the manager and game download process. The game is downloading as I type, should be done in ~3 hours.
Thanks for the replies.
