I've just bought CNAW but halfway through downloading using DAP it now asks me for a username and password, which doesn't work. followed advice and got to my purchase at findmydownload.com but clicking or right clicking the download button doesn't work!!!

Getting frustrated as paid good money for this and would at least expect to be able to download it.

Sorry you are having problems but no username and password is required to download your game. It sounds liek some sort of issues with DAP. Can you turn DAP off and try again?

I attempted to restart the DAP download with a couple of variations of my forum username and my e-mail and in doing so I've apparently exceeded a five download limit with digital river. Yes I quickly turned off DAP and tried the download link with both IE and Firefox but I'm in effect locked out. Its a little frustrating as digital river aren't answering my e-mails to their customer support and It's strange that attempts are classified as completed downloads i.e. five maximum

Please offer some advice as its a little frustrating buying and not getting, even once!

Can you forward your order details to info@slitherine.co.uk with details of the problem and we'll get you up and running ASAP. DR have their own version of DAP which probably conflicts with DAP so you need to turn DAP off before attempting the download.
