Camps and Command mu's

Hello again from Indiana. I have a question that came up but did not have a good resolution.

1. Does Command MU radius have to cover the whole BG or just be included in it's arc? Also does the Commander who is with one unit also influence another as long as it is in the command sphere.

2. Camps. What is your disadvantage in having a camp sacked? Could not find an informative explanation to this. If there is no disadvantage then why have one?

Thank you for any responses.

The BG just have to have some part within the commanders range.

A commander can affect any BG within his range even if he is with a BG as long as he is not fighting in the front rank when he can only affect the BG he is with.

A sacked camp is 2 Attrition Points towards your army breaking - i.e. the same as losing a BG.

And the table at the top of page 37 covers the Attrition Points for a sacked camp.
