17th Jaume the First competition – Barcelona 2009

14th and 15th November 2009

Theme: Islam vs Christendom: clash in the Mediterranean from 700 AD to 1500 AD

Rules: Field of Glory, official score system, 800 points from army lists which fit in with the theme

Venue

Cotxeres de Sants
carrer de Sants 79 (junto metro Plaça de Sants)
Barcelona

Registration

Registration is 20 euros before 1st November and 30 euros before the 11th November when registration closes. Maximum of 32 players.

Army lists

Must be sent to the organizer before 11th November.

Timetable

Saturday from 10.00 to 14.00 – first game
15.30 to 19.30 - second game

Sunday from 9.00 to 12.45 – third game
14.00 to 17.30 – fourth game

Prize giving for the top three players at 18.00 on Sunday.

Lunch

Saturday: lunch in a nearby restaurant (12-15 € aprox.)
Sunday: Sandwhiches to allow for an earlier finish for those travelling longer distance

Terrain

Players can use their own terrain if both agree otherwise the terrain provided by the organizers will be used.

Dice

Both players will use one set of dice provided by one player.
