Mini Patch for Commander Europe at War

<p>A new mini patch for Military History Commander Europe at War is now available. This patch adds a launcher program before the game runs. This allows you to set your full screen and sound settings outside the game and without editing text files so makes it easier to get up and running if you were having problems. It should also solve some minor compatibility issues.
The installer is designed to work only with the Military History CEAW version. We had to make this in to an installer this time because it updates the shortcuts and points them to the slithlaunch.exe instead of the game, and the laucnher then runs the game.

We are working on ways to allow other versions of the game to get this update and should have a patch for them soon.</p>
