unable to scroll DOWN

I am unable to scroll DOWN the map with my mouse. the arrow keys work fine but the mouse won't. Any ideas?

If you cannot see (and thus reach) the bottom of the screen, that would explain why you can't use the mouse to scroll down.

No, I cannot scroll down at all. Not from any point on the map.

What resolution are you running in? If the bottom of the game view is off screen the mosue can never get to the point the map would scroll. That is Phil's point.
