Combat Mission Battlefront store purchases

UntIl today cannot register keys for CMB modules.
I see the old keys were automatically bound to my Slitherine account. I was able to redeem only the base games, Combat Mission Black Sea and Combat Mission Battle for Normandy but I cannot activate any module keys and I don't see CMSF in the Matrix store to activate/transfer it's keys.
When I try to redeem legacy module keys system asks me to contact customer service. I contacted about a month ago, after short conversation - crickets. Since 10/15 there was no reply to any follow-up requests in the tickets.
I would appreciate help with this issue.
