installer not working

hello, Im trying to do a fresh install on win 11 pc. However the installer hangs about 1 minute into the install. any thoughts? After an hour of waiting to see if any progress was made it was still in the same position. I checked the install folder and most of all the files were there. I tried to launch it but it said critical file missing. ugh.
