Slitherine

Greetings all,

I'm 61 years old and grew up playing Avalon Hill WWII board games. I am trying to find an approachable game and a comparable game from Slitherine/Matrix. I have played games like Order of Battle, Panzer Corps 2, Commander: The Great War, Unity of Command, Hearts of Iron IV, and they are all great.

I bought several games in the Strategic Command series but am struggling with them. I've watch a few YouTube videos as well to help.

Any recommendations?

I would recommend Valor and Victory (Matrix). I believe it is a boardgame adaptation and plays like one.
