Destroying cargo trucks in the Raate Road scenario of the Winter War campaign does not weaken the efficiency of nearby enemy units, as written in the explanation of the secondary objective “Raid Soviet Supply Trucks”: “Destroying Soviet supplies with infantry or tanks will weaken the efficiency of nearby enemy units.” Sorry for the lack of screenshot evidence.

Maybe the text is a bit misleading, but destroying the trucks reduces the supply output of the nearby supply hexes from 20 -> 10 or 15 > 10 respectively.
