Allied Operations: Italy Vol.1 - Save Files

Hello everyone!

We are currently looking to further investigate a crash with the Allied Operations: Italy Vol.1 DLC and balance the upcoming missions for Vol.2. As some of you may be aware, the crash is caused by having split units when ending the UK campaign and switching to the US side. To help investigate this we would like to ask for save files from 'Securing the Plain of Catania', ideally before ending the mission.

In regards to balancing for the next volume, any saves from the 'Race for Messina' mission would be very helpful, especially from the final turns.

On a different note, thank you to everyone who has sent us save files. These have helped the devs investigate.

How would you like them to be sent? As attachments in a DM?

That would work well, yes, thank you :)

Looks like the forum doesn't support sending attachments in DMs (I could have sworn this worked in the past, but might just misremember things). In any case, attaching saves here then.

I added turn 0 and 23 for "Race for Messina" and turn 0 and 19 for "Securing the Plain of Catania". I just have these, no mid-mission ones anymore, as I archive only the first and last turn saves after I'm done with my AARs. Mind that I personally did not run into the bug, as I happened to read about this possible issue beforehand and made sure not to split my core units by the end of the mission, but hopefully the saves will help replicate things.

Fyi, one stage later, the merge US-UK went well for me, with no UK-only split units but lots of US-only split units.
