Flank March

Now a beaten back flank march comes on up to 12mu from its base edge, it can move two moves directlly away from the table edge without the general moving with it. Any reasons why this is so as you allways need general to move twice.

I think the answer is it MUST double move and does not need a general. Not "can" double move.

I think the idea was to make sure the diven on folks give roomm for the flank march to arrive without too many issues of how you can impact from off the board edge.
