FOG Game do not appear in my games although I got an email notification

In both Charlemagne tournaments although I got an email notification that is my turn, the games do not appear in my turn tab. There are still listed as enemy turn.
My opponent is @huntdaw
I have sent him a pm to see if he has played them or nor but I got no answer

I will pass this to the person in charge of the databaseand see if he can find out what has gone wrong.

Here is his reply:
I see from the action logs that his opponent played both games this morning at around 2:30 AM (after the email cargol sent). They should be in cargol’s turn right now.
If he still has the emails, can he please forward them as well? There should be the turn number in there so I can see if it’s an error from pbem engine or an email server error (sent twice after some time).
